Either live with it or address it. Anything in between is madness

When dealing with people many of the problems we face can be traced back to misunderstandings and miscommunication. Its easy to get offended either by a perceived offense, or thoughtless acts and words by others.

I see two paths you can take:

1. Overlook it, forget it and move on. Don’t bring it up again.

2. Confront it (the person) with the goal of improving the situation.

Talking about it with others, only make things worse. Unless you are brainstorming on how to best approach the situation.

If you find yourself constantly thinking about the situation and getting upset it, may be a sign that you need to address it.

Don’t shy away from tough conversations, they help us grow.
